At Techyshop Shop, we strive to provide high-quality products that our customers love. However, at times, the product may not suit your needs or is faulty, you can return or exchange it easily with us. We offer our customers a standard return policy of 15 days from the date of purchase. However, ensure that you retain the receipt to be eligible for a full refund and exchange.

Placing an order is easy. Just choose the product you need and add it to the cart. You will see the price information, just below it, click proceed to checkout. Fill in the billing details with your name, address, phone number, email ID. Then choose your payment method and place the order. Your order is placed, and you will receive a notification for the same on your phone number and email ID.

You can find all the tracking information in the order details. If your order has multiple items, each may have a separate delivery date and tracking information.
